RMC New York is committed to the development of policies and programs that foster high-quality teaching through teacher preparation, certification, licensure, recruitment, retention, accountability, and advancement. RMC disseminates formative assessment practices and procedures that form the basis for teacher and leader evaluations. Through developing and disseminating principal protocols, RMC guides the implementation of value-added evaluations in public and charter schools.
