Parent Education Profile and Parent Support for Children’s Learning- This series of workshop sessions introduces participants to the use of the Parent Education Profile (PEP), a curriculum and assessment framework. The PEP is a way to organize instruction for parents in support of children’s literacy development as well as keep track of the parents’ progress. Participants learn which parenting behaviors lead to stronger outcomes for children and how to engage parents in those activities.

Language and Literacy in Action: the Preschool Years- This series of sessions provides a research foundation for those working with children ages three to five in the areas of language and literacy development. The sessions are geared to early childhood program administrators and supervisors to learn about the most current research and then develop program improvements.
