Since organizing in December, 1970, RMC Research has remained an active leader in the field of educational and human service program research, evaluation, and training. In an extremely competitive business environment, the company has demonstrated that its highly skilled professionals can produce and deliver quality products and services in a cost-efficient manner. RMC’s record of growth and diversification is testimony to its clients’ satisfaction.

Since 1985, RMC Research Corporation is headed by Dr. Everett Barnes, Jr. and M. Christine Dwyer, both of whom had been with the company for more than ten years. The two are currently responsible for RMC’s operation as principal owners, corporate officers, and members of the Board of Directors. In addition, Dr. Barnes and Ms. Dwyer play a central, active role in the day-to-day implementation of RMC’s contracts, ensuring quality across all projects, and keeping the company at the forefront of emerging educational initiatives and strategies.

Our New York office, headed up by Larry Hirsch, runs federal, state and local initiatives relating to statewide systems of support, teacher residency program evaluation, family engagement in New York City and much more.
